SportSpired Games is an international game studio developing next-generation sports simulators. Our team includes professionals with experience at Wargaming, The Walt Disney Company, Ubisoft, 343 Industries, Starbreeze, Sperasoft, MY · GAMES, Yandex, and EA Sports. We are working on an ambitious AAA title scheduled for release in 2028–2029.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full HR cycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, and offboarding.
- Supporting a high-performance culture and helping to retain key talent.
- Partnering with team leads on structure, hiring, motivation and development.
- Using people analytics to track engagement, retention and performance trends.
- Designing and managing both monetary and non-monetary motivation systems.
- Creating learning programs to grow expertise and leadership across teams.
- Supporting internal communication, feedback culture, and company values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP in tech or gamedev company.
- Ability to build partnerships with ambitious and high-performing leaders.
- Proven experience working with HiPo and A-players: development, motivation, and retention.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to read people beyond metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Growth mindset, flexibility and a focus on results.
